Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms govern your use of Traffic AI, supplied by VT Group. The business identity, trading address, total price and purchase-specific information are displayed before purchase and supplied in the order confirmation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you buy as a consumer, these Terms do not remove rights that the law says cannot be excluded. If you use Traffic AI for a business or agency, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. What Traffic AI provides

Traffic AI is a software service for managing Meta Ads operations. It synchronises permitted account data, analyses performance, organises creatives and offers, prepares reports and proposed actions, and can apply an approved action through the official Meta API.

Traffic AI uses a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. You select and maintain the supported Meta and AI-provider credentials used by your account. Optional integrations may have separate provider terms or charges.

3. Lifetime licence and updates

• One-off purchase: the UK offer grants the named customer a personal, non-transferable lifetime licence to use Traffic AI. It is not an automatically renewing Traffic AI subscription.
• Meaning of lifetime: access continues for the commercial lifetime of the Traffic AI service, subject to these Terms, lawful use and technical availability. It does not transfer source code, infrastructure or ownership of the product.
• Updates: product updates made generally available to lifetime users are included. This does not require VT Group to preserve every feature, third-party integration or provider model indefinitely.
• External costs: Meta advertising spend and fees charged by AI, research, hosting, checkout or other connected providers are not included unless the purchase information expressly says otherwise.

4. Cancellation and the additional guarantee

The purchase page and checkout must tell you how any statutory cancellation right applies before you place the order. If immediate supply of digital content or service begins during a cancellation period, any request for express consent and acknowledgement of its effect will be shown separately at checkout.

The advertised seven-day money-back guarantee is an additional commercial promise. It does not replace, shorten or restrict a statutory right. To use the guarantee, contact us within seven calendar days of purchase using the email in section 15. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider.

5. Your account and BYOK responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and protect your login and API credentials.
• Use only ad accounts, data and provider keys that you are authorised to access.
• Maintain sufficient provider permissions, balance and usage limits, and pay all external provider charges.
• Review provider terms, privacy settings, retention and model-improvement controls before connecting a key.
• Tell us promptly if credentials or an account may have been compromised, and rotate or revoke affected keys.
• Configure accurate offer economics, targets, limits and currency. Traffic AI must not be treated as the source of those commercial decisions.

6. Human approval and campaign actions

Traffic AI is designed around Human-in-the-Loop controls. Critical actions, including pausing or resuming campaigns, changing budgets, creating structures and publishing creatives, require the configured approval before execution. Approved actions also pass through execution guardrails.

You remain responsible for reviewing the evidence, proposed action and account context before approval. Do not approve an action you do not understand or that conflicts with your business, legal or platform obligations.

7. AI output and no guarantee of advertising results

• AI-generated analysis, copy, creative concepts and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.
• VT Group does not guarantee revenue, profit, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, time savings or any other advertising outcome.
• Results depend on factors outside Traffic AI, including the offer, creative quality, market, budget, auction, attribution, platform policy and customer decisions.
• Illustrative product screens and scenarios explain functionality; they are not forecasts for your account.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use Traffic AI unlawfully, deceptively or in breach of Meta or another connected provider’s terms.
• Advertise prohibited products or process data without a valid legal basis and required notices or consent.
• Circumvent HITL controls, guardrails, authentication, tenant separation or usage restrictions.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with availability or access another customer’s account or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape in bulk, extract prompts or decision logic, resell access or create a competing derivative from protected parts of the service, except where the law expressly permits the activity.

9. Customer data and privacy

You retain your rights in the campaign data and materials you provide. You grant VT Group the limited rights needed to host, process and transmit them to deliver and secure Traffic AI. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories, purposes, recipients and rights in more detail.

If you connect personal data belonging to leads, buyers, clients or other individuals, you are responsible for having a lawful basis, providing required information, respecting their rights and entering any required data-processing terms with VT Group.

10. Intellectual property

Traffic AI, its interface, software, brand, original methodology, prompts, guardrails and decision flows belong to VT Group or its licensors. The licence allows use of the service; it does not sell or assign those rights.

Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for your account. You are responsible for checking that an output is suitable and does not infringe another person’s rights.

11. Availability, maintenance and third parties

We use reasonable care and skill to provide Traffic AI, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, API changes, rate limits or discontinued third-party functions may affect availability.

We may change or replace a feature where reasonably necessary for security, law, provider compatibility or continued operation. We will give appropriate notice where a change materially affects the service.

12. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law, prevent harm or address a serious breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to remedy it.

We may end the licence for a material breach that is not remedied after reasonable notice, or immediately for fraud, unlawful conduct, deliberate security abuse or conduct creating serious risk. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that sentence, VT Group is not responsible for loss caused by unauthorised credentials, customer-approved actions, inaccurate customer settings, advertising-platform decisions, or third-party services outside our reasonable control. For business customers, indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Any financial cap or business-specific allocation of risk must be the one clearly presented in the purchase-specific terms; it will not reduce rights that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing terms and changes

Mandatory consumer protections and courts available in your place of residence are preserved. Otherwise, the law and forum stated in the purchase-specific business information apply.

We may update these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. The version accepted at purchase continues to govern the purchase unless a change is required by law, benefits you, or you expressly accept it. We will give appropriate notice of any material change affecting continued use.
