User Data Deletion

Last updated: 10 September 2026

You may ask VT Group to delete personal data associated with your Traffic AI account. This process supports rights under the UK GDPR and other applicable data-protection law. Deletion is not absolute where we must retain limited records to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

1. Data that may be associated with your account

  • Account and support data: name, email, authentication and security records, language, role and support messages.
  • Encrypted BYOK credentials: Meta access tokens and supported AI or research-provider keys saved through Traffic AI.
  • Configuration and advertising data: connected account identifiers, offers, targets, campaign snapshots, creatives, metrics and operating preferences.
  • Generated and audit data: reports, copy, creative concepts, Radar outputs, HITL submissions and records of approved or rejected actions.
  • Tracking and integration data, when enabled: first-party identifiers, campaign parameters, device and request signals, lead or transaction details and matching records supplied by connected providers.

2. Submit a deletion request

Email contato@vtgroup.ai with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Include the email address used for Traffic AI and, if available, the relevant Meta ad account ID. Do not email API keys, passwords, full card details or other secrets.

State whether you want the entire Traffic AI account deleted or only particular data or integrations. If you are making the request for another person, explain your authority to do so.

3. What happens next

  1. We acknowledge the request and may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity and scope.
  2. We locate data in active systems and relevant processors, then assess whether any limited record must be retained by law.
  3. We delete or irreversibly anonymise eligible data and instruct applicable processors where required.
  4. We confirm the outcome. We aim to complete straightforward requests within 15 calendar days and will always respond within the period required by applicable law. We will explain any lawful extension or refusal.

4. Revoke connected access immediately

You do not need to wait for the deletion process to stop future access. You can also:

  • Remove the VT Group or Traffic AI business integration in Facebook or Meta Business settings.
  • Revoke or rotate Meta access tokens and AI or research-provider keys in the relevant provider account.
  • Disconnect checkout, CRM, tracking or other integrations in Traffic AI and in the provider dashboard.
  • Reject optional website measurement or reopen “Cookie settings” in the UK site footer. You can also remove browser cookies and local storage.

Revoking provider access stops future authorised calls but does not itself delete copies already held in Traffic AI. Send the deletion request as well if you want those copies removed.

5. Other rights and complaints

You may also request access, correction, restriction, objection or portability where the right applies. Use the same email address. See our Privacy Policy for further information.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and retain any other remedy available to you.
